Privacy policy
Plain-language, because that's how we'd want it. Effective July 1, 2026.
What we collect on this site
- The audit-request form: your name, company, work email, and — if you choose to share them — a revenue range, vertical, and a note about your pricing challenge. That's it, and only when you submit the form.
- Anonymous usage analytics: we use Vercel Analytics, which is cookie-less and aggregated — it tells us page views, not who you are.
- Standard server logs: our host (Vercel) keeps short-lived request logs (IP address, requested page) for security and debugging, like every website. One exception worth naming: if email delivery of your form submission fails, we log the submission itself in those error logs so your request isn't silently lost — same short retention, same access restrictions.
No advertising trackers, no tracking cookies, no third-party ad networks.
How we use it
Form submissions go to our inbox (delivered via Amazon SES) so we can reply to your audit request. We use your contact details to respond to you — nothing else. We never sell your information, and we never share it except with the service providers that run this site (Vercel for hosting/analytics, Amazon Web Services for email delivery).
Your quote data (the audit)
If you go ahead with a free audit, the export you send is handled under a mutual NDA signed before any data changes hands. It stays single-tenant: used only to produce your report, never shared with anyone else, never used to help a competitor, and deleted on request.
Retention and your choices
Form submissions live in our email. Want what we hold about you, or want it deleted? Email hello@caliprice.com and we'll do it — no forms, no runaround.
Changes
If this policy changes, we'll update this page and the effective date above.
